How do I purchase a sample kit?

The sample kit comprises everything required to take a sample, whether you buy a single sample kit or a 1,000 sample kits Custom sample kits can be tailor made to suit your needs. To order a sample kit call one of our team today on 0333 344 9893 or email us.

What’s in the box?

The sample kits containing the bottles provided are forwarded to Fluids Analysis Laboratory via our pre-paid postage service, saving you time and effort.

When should I take my sample?

Samples should be taken on a regular basis so we can build up some accurate history and trends of your machine. By taking regular samples of all oil, coolant and fuel compartments it is possible to monitor all the major systems and avoid costly repairs and increase machine reliability and efficiency.

How do I take my sample?

Please review the instruction sheet that is enclosed with your pack and for further information. all packs come with the syringe method, or you can purchase the vacuum pump. which can be used as many times as needed.

How long before I receive my report?

Sample turnaround time is under 48 hours and any urgent samples can be processed even faster. If a serious problem is uncovered our diagnosticians will contact you immediately by telephone, fax or e-mail.

How will I know what action to take?

We deliver the results direct to you by email, containing a series of practical recommendations that help you to take preventative action early, or discuss with your qualified mechanic, before more serious and costly problems occur.

How will I receive my report?

After careful consideration we will interpret the results and send you our recommendations via e-mail. All customers will soon be able to view their results can also be accessed via our Infrotrak system 24/7.

How can I trust that information I receive is accurate?

Our service is capable of answering all your requirements. Analysis is performed in state of the art laboratory facilities by expertly trained staff. Our team of specialists will work to out standard analysis practice and procedures.
