Welcome to our first blog, so we thought we would start at the beginning on why we feel our analysis service helps all vehicles of all shapes and sizes run effectively. Samples should be taken on a regular basis so we can build up some accurate history and trends of your machine. By taking regular samples of all oil, coolant and fuel compartments it is possible to monitor all the major systems and avoid costly repairs and increase machine reliability and efficiency. Our kits come with everything provided to then send to our Fluids Analysis Laboratory via pre-paid postage, saving you time and effort.

How do I take my sample?

In addition to the traditional sampling methods it is possible to take a “live” sample. Utilising the sampling kit, the live sample valve, customers can plug into the compartments on most modern machines, taking fluid samples while they are still in operation. A sample taken this way can paint a more accurate picture of a machine’s condition because the sample is taken from the working parts of the equipment.

How will I receive my report?

After careful consideration we will interpret the results and send you our recommendations via email.

How long will it take before I receive my report?

Sample turnaround time is under 48 hours and any urgent samples can be processed even faster. If a serious problem is uncovered our diagnosticians will contact you immediately by telephone, fax or email.

How will I know what action to take?

Containing a series of practical recommendations that help you to take preventative action early, before more serious and costly problems occur.

How can I trust that information I receive is accurate?

Analysis is performed in state of the art laboratory facilities by expertly trained staff. Our team of specialists will work to your brief and can perform work such as comparing component life/wear patterns using oil types, forecasting long term component requirements, identifying frequency of problems, and analysing oil change intervals which could be extended.

How do I purchase a sample kit?

The sample kit comprises everything required to take a sample, whether you buy a single sample kit or a 1,000 sample kit. Custom sample kits can be tailor made to suit your needs.

How are the samples recognised on our systems?

Each sample is given a unique reference number. Large collections of samples can be viewed with colour coded results to show their status enabling you to view the most urgent or most recent results first.
